We will send you an acknowledgement email on successful completion of an order on the site. This email will detail the order that you have placed and will give you an order reference number. We would advise you to keep this email safely as you will need your order reference number for any further queries which you may have. Failure to provide us with an order reference number on request will result in a delay with your enquiry. Once your order has been accepted and dispatched to you we will send you a confirmation email.
Please contact us if you do not receive an acknowledgement email and we will make sure it is not a problem with our system. Acknowledgement emails are generated and sent automatically once an order has been successfully completed. You may need to check your mailbox as it may be treating our emails as spam or junk mail and you should check your spam or junk mail folders to make sure they have not gone directly to this location. You may also need to ensure that all of the details entered are correct, please pay particular attention to your payment card details, email address and delivery addresses.
Both the large and medium bags have H-shaped dividers to help keep your gear organized. The small bag is completely open.
Currently, all Bad Ass Work Bags are water resistant, but not waterproof. The vinyl is indeed 100% waterproof, but during the sewing process holes are punctured in the material resulting in a leak path for water. With that said, we take every effort to maximize the water resistance of our products (ie. We roll the edges before sewing to ensure the tightest seal possible, the flip-top bag has a hurricane flap that protects the zipper area from water ingress, the standard bag has a Velcro strip to protect its zipper). I’ve personally used my bag in the rain on the back of a crew boat heading out to platforms out in the Gulf of Mexico with no issues. However, we have had reports of bags getting wet in heavy rains in the bed of trucks. We hypothesize that this is because the bag is sitting in standing water and has time to absorb.
Typical processing time is up to two weeks for delivery, except during the holidays where it can reach up to 4-6 weeks due to high demand for safety awards and Christmas presents. Each of our bags is made to order. That means we receive the order, schedule it for production, cut the material, and have one of our lovely seamstresses sew that bad boy up. We do not stock inventory. This is what allows us to carry such a large variety of sizes and colors.
